Join a local expert for a captivating deep dive into the iconic sights of Washington, D.C. We’ll begin with a guided exploration of the U.S. Capitol Building, where you’ll visit the awe-inspiring Crypt, Rotunda, and National Statuary Hall on Capitol Hill. Afterward, hop aboard the motorcoach for a scenic drive past some of the nation’s most historic landmarks, including the White House, the National Mall, and the Washington and Jefferson Memorials. We’ll also pause to honor the brave individuals who served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War with visits to their respective memorials. - Hotels may be substituted due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Washington, DC, as well as transportation between the airport/train station and The Dupont Circle Hotel. Roundtrip airfare and airport transfers are not included in the tour package.
- Check-in time at The Dupont Circle Hotel is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Guests arriving early or departing later may request to store luggage directly with the hotel. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, payable directly to the hotel.
- All flights into a Washington-area airport must be scheduled to arrive no later than 3:00 PM. This allows sufficient time for airport transfer, hotel check-in, and an opportunity to refresh before the group’s evening activities, which begin at approximately 5:15 PM. Guests arriving after this time may miss the scheduled evening program.

This tour moves at a moderate pace, featuring full days of planned activities with limited leisure time. Days may start early and extend later into the evening.
