Cruise Alaska with Lou Penrose
Dear Friends and Listeners:
I have some amazing news to share this year. As you know, among my many passions I talk about on the radio, none is greater than my passion for America. I include you in that community of fellow Americans who, at the end of the day, love America. We may argue from time to time over the best way to govern Her, but we all agree in our sincere love for this country.
I would like to invite you to join me on a voyage to see America’s truest beauty: ALASKA! Most Americans will never have the opportunity to see the last greatest frontier, the Alaskan inner passage. Breathtaking glaciers, untouched nature, foods and wines that few ever get to explore, and of course the celestial Northern Lights.
Day and night against the backdrop of American Beauty, in a corner of the world where AM Radio truly proves its importance!
Lou Penrose is the host of the Lou Penrose Show on Newsradio 600 KOGO in San Diego.
Additionally, he is the principal consultant at Lou Penrose Government Relations, a full-service federal, state, and local government relations and public affairs firm that provides political, policy, and strategic services to its clients in Southern California, Sacramento, and Washington, D.C.
Lou Penrose has more than 25 years of senior political, legislative, public relations, and broadcast radio experience. He oversaw the true elimination of government red tape and guided real reform, resulting in re-elections by significant support of the people for his bosses.
Lou Penrose also has extensive radio broadcast experience including hosting a number-one-rated morning radio news talk program. As Director of News and Talk Programming for his division, he led a team of radio broadcast journalists to three Golden Mic Awards from the Radio & Television New Association of Southern California.

Lou comes to the world of politics and government affairs after a successful career in broadcasting. In Palm Springs, he was the top-rated local morning talk radio host on K-NEWS Radio. Lou hosted the “Lou Penrose Morning Talk Program” on weekday mornings and was considered an influential political player and local news opinion shaper.
With a degree in Political Science from Binghamton University in New York, Lou has been involved in politics, campaigns, and broadcasting for over 25 years.
An avid runner and biker, Lou’s interests include fitness, broadcasting, real estate, and of course, talking politics. He lives in San Clemente with his wife Amber Hall and their three boy Gianni, Nico, and Valentino.
