Mandy Connell Adventure – Canadian Rockies

If you guys are anything like Chuck and I, you are probably chomping at the bit to go on a trip! Good news, we have planned a FANTASTIC trip to jumpstart normal life again. We decided to stay a bit closer to home for this one, so we are headed to see our Friends Up North as we are headed to Canada! This is a trip I have wanted to do for a long time, and Cruise & Tour has delivered again.

We start our adventure in Vancouver, where we will board the Rocky Mountaineer train for a scenic ride to Kamloops. The Rocky Mountaineer is a first class, glass-domed train with gourmet food and service, so you don’t need to do anything but sit back, relax and watch the Canadian Rockies go by. After spending the night in Kamloops, we’re back on the train to Jasper, Alberta. We’ll venture this day up and over the Continental Divide to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in Canada. We’ll tour Jasper and have time to explore Jasper National Park as well.

A comfortable motor coach ride takes us to the Athabasca Glacier and the Glacier Skywalk before we end our day at the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise hotel. We’ll enjoy a group dinner and a fabulous night in this bucket list hotel on the shore of Lake Louise. The next day we’re off to Banff to explore Yoho National Park, the Spiral Tunnels and the beautiful turquoise waters of Emerald Lake. We’ve got an extra day to explore Banff before we head to Calgary as our final stop.

This trip is about beautiful scenery, exquisite service and world class hotels. We are going to have the opportunity to see the OTHER Rockies in a comfortable, educational way. One of the things I personally love about these trips is the guides we have that educate and inform our group well beyond what we would get on our own.

We hope to see you in Vancouver!

Testimonials

The essence of a company is what they are, not just in the good times, but in the tough times. You all have come through with flying colors and are the model of how it "should" work. Yes, we have been on multiple wonderful trips with Cruise & Tour, but your customer care is what has just separated you from all others. We sadly had 3 international trips (with other companies) canceled in March of 2020 and are still wading through endless bureaucracy to get reimbursed; Cruise & Tour just displayed a WHOLE different and critical side of travel. No one EVER has said, "I hope my wonderful planned trip is canceled", but when it does, hopefully they have chosen Cruise & Tour! An ecstatic customer! :)
- Valori
I was truly impressed with the top notch service, organization and leadership of Cruise & Tour. Our guide Charlie Crull was always available to help and guide us. Not only did he do a great job, but he was fun and it was nice to get to know him along with others we met.
