Paul W. & Kim's Dream Vacation - Canada & New England
Dear Listeners & Friends,
Did you know that Kim and I honeymooned on Seabourn? To say the least, we were blown away and have been dying to get back. And we’ve been dying to explore Canada & New England. Imagine walking the streets of old-world Montreal and Quebec City. Cruising in and out of the scenic Maritimes to Charlottetown and Halifax. Exploring the Freedom Trail in Boston. Touring a historic mansion in Newport. Our 8th Dream Vacation has it all and Kim and I are beyond excited!
Consistently ranked at the very top of every luxury cruise list (including our own), Seabourn will fulfill and exceed your travel dreams. Once you board, you will not want to leave! Which is why we have selected an almost two-week itinerary including three full days at sea where you’ll be pampered to your heart’s content. And here is the best part. With only 229 guests aboard, the Seabourn Quest will feel like your very own “private club” where literally everything is included onboard. World-class dining with no reservations. Complimentary premium wines and spirits. Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi. All your gratuities and much more!
Of course, all the little details (and the big details too) are handled by our long-time partners in travel, Cruise & Tour. Flights, two nights in Montreal, two tours, ship accommodations and events, transfers, they’re taking care of everything! Which frees us up to hang out with YOU… which we absolutely love doing!
This is the perfect itinerary on the perfect ship. I invite you to check out all the details below and make your reservation today. We have about a quarter of the ship reserved for WJR Travel Club members and when the suites are gone, they’re gone! Kim and I sincerely hope you will join us!
Regards,
Paul W. Smith

Canada’s Saguenay Fjord National Park encloses a very deep, winding waterway penetrating from the St. Lawrence River through the ancient, glaciated foothills of the Laurentian Mountains. Our ship will cruise through this beautiful waterway before docking in Saguenay, the area of countless natural wonders, for the day. (B, L, D)

Cap-aux-Meules, iles de la Madeleine, Quebec, Canada
Situated within the archipelago of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, this island presents a tapestry of picturesque fishing villages and coastlines where the relentless forces of wind and water have etched a hauntingly beautiful landscape. The Church of St. Pierre in Laverniere stands as a testament to the island’s maritime history, constructed from the remnants of ill-fated ships that succumbed to the treacherous shoals offshore. Today, a vigilant lighthouse stands guard, serving as a beacon of warning to prevent further calamities. (B, L, D)
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada
A city firmly dedicated to nostalgia; PEI’s capital is full of period buildings recalling a past that strongly informs the present. The City Hall is a National Historic Site of Canada, and the city proudly proclaims its history as the Birthplace of Confederation. Wander the well-maintained waterfront and the atmospheric downtown streets or cross the island’s pastoral fields to Summerside or the red rock North Cape. (B, L, D)
Day at Sea
Today is yours to enjoy! There are many activities available—attend a fascinating lecture, lounge as you read the news, run on a sea-view treadmill in the gym, or indulge in a massage at the spa. Try your luck at the casino or the nine-hole putting course. Visit the salon for a facial, take a dip in the pool, or even watch a first-run movie in bed (with popcorn)! (B, L, D)
