Meet your host: Leland Conway
Leland Conway was born in Kentucky and raised in Arizona; he is the son of missionary parents on the Tohono O’odham Indian Nation where his dad still serves today. Conway began working in sports radio but quickly gravitated to talk radio where he powered Lexington’s 630 WLAP to a market competitor with his unique brand of libertarian talk and leadership. Leland then went to Richmond, Virginia’s heritage talker 1140WRVA where he hosted an afternoon drive before going to Louisville, Kentucky’s powerhouse 840WHAS. He’s also done stints in other markets like Atlanta, GA (WGST) as well as regular fill-in appearances on KOA and KHOW in Denver, CO, and KFYI in Phoenix, AZ.
